DARRAN has released Honey Mobile and accessories, the perfect solution for individual users, their varied work styles, privacy, and well-being

HIGH POINT, NC (October 1, 2021) -- DARRAN Furniture and designers Mark Müller and Christopher Wright have continued to explore varied work styles and provide workstations for those on the move with the addition of Honey Mobile. Whether the goal is to work among multiple teams, change scenery, or have a private area to focus, Honey Mobile allows flexibility to move quickly and readjust to an atmosphere best for the user.

Honey Mobile extends unlimited possibilities for configuring permanent or touchdown worksurfaces here, there, or anywhere the workstation is moved, adapting to how users work. These clever and inspiring pods are available in height adjustable or fixed worksurfaces. Honey panels are soft and rounded with compound curved surfaces resembling biophilic interiors. Designer Christopher Wright maintains research suggests that when surrounding ones-self with elements inspired by nature, we are too inspired, and Honey delivers on all counts. 

The panel height of 55" gives the right amount of visual and sound privacy without overwhelming the space. It is universally height adjustable to allow individuals to work at any level they prefer; as worksurfaces are adjusted upward, an integrated desktop screen maintains a physical break between people. The entire system is elevated, improving air quality and natural heat dissipation from both people and equipment.

Designers do not have to worry about powering devices when specifying Tully Inline Power with Honey Mobile; the power system provides a quick plug and play that easily connects those on the go! Tully Inline provides each user direct access to two power outlets and two USBs above the work surface while also providing four power outlets below the worksurface.

Müller and Wright have known one another for years and have always appreciated and admired each other's work. Together their collaboration has brought a complementary and multi-disciplinary approach, conveying a wealth of design experience in furniture and furnishing corporate office interiors.

Mark Müller

Christopher Wright

Christopher is a British-born designer with extensive design experience in Europe and North America. With a Masters of Design from London’s Royal College of Art, his career journey has taken him to practice design in London, Paris, Montreal, and Toronto. His studio became one of the founding partners of figure3 in Toronto. As Design Principal of the partnership for 20 years, Christopher has been instrumental in the design of dynamic environments for brands such as Umbra, Universal Music, Nike, and British Airways. His furniture designs have been manufactured in France, Spain, and Canada. He consistently sets the highest standards of what is possible to envision and to achieve.
