- End-users must register with Omnia by visiting www.omniapartners.com/get-started/membership
- Purchase orders may be addressed to DARRAN c/o Dealer of Record, or may be addressed to an authorized dealer. If addressed to the Dealer, a copy of the End-User purchase order is required.
- Inside delivery or installation costs are to be quoted per project by an authorized dealer. The installation cost must be listed as a separate line item on the quote and purchase order.
- All pricing quoted must reflect the Member’s total cost.
- 4% Fuel Surcharge approved 8/5/2026

How Orders Are Placed
Purchase orders are issued by TIPS members and MUST be emailed to tipspo@tips-usa.com. The TIPS office will validate purchase orders and forward to DARRAN for processing. The Member will receive an email confirmation of the PO approval and a link to print a letter of authorization for their files.
The contract number must be on all purchase orders.
Discount Structure
55% – Dock Delivered
53% – Delivered and Installed
Additional discounts may be available for large orders based on order size
