- A Dealer cannot register with NCPA, just the End-user can
- The End User can buy direct from DARRAN but will need an installing Dealer. They can have that price on the PO as a separate item and have the Dealer on the PO as a C/O if they want.
- The End User can also buy through the Dealer they want to use for install. In this case, the Dealer needs to send DARRAN a PO with install shown as a separate item or
- End Users can register to join at www.ncpa.us
- Installation must be quoted separately
- Additional discount is available with Management approval
- No Minimum Shipping Fee

How Orders Are Placed
Purchase orders are issued by TIPS members and MUST be emailed to tipspo@tips-usa.com. The TIPS office will validate purchase orders and forward to DARRAN for processing. The Member will receive an email confirmation of the PO approval and a link to print a letter of authorization for their files.
The contract number must be on all purchase orders.
Discount Structure
55% – Dock Delivered
53% – Delivered and Installed
Additional discounts may be available for large orders based on order size

All Products are FOB Destination $100 Minimum shipping charge is allowed
DARRAN will deliver all goods directly to participating member
DARRAN will invoice participating members directly
DARRAN receives payment directly from participating member TIPS contracts are available to all Schools, Colleges, Universities, Cities, Counties, and other Government entities in the USA
