Thinking Works Design Studio
The Thinking Works Design Studio story began in 1984, when they arrived on the scene as the first designer and manufacturer of height-adjustable desks in Australia. They quickly established themselves as the company that combines exceptional quality with ingenious creativity.
“Above all, we are curious. Why curious? Because curiosity finds new ways,” says Managing Director Dean Kuch. “It strives for novel ideas and seeks out better solutions. For the curious, the answers are out there, waiting to be found. At Thinking Works, this open-minded curiosity is what underpins our approach to furniture.”
Curiosity for human behavior in the office has enabled Thinking Works to create a range of furniture products that are at the forefront of furniture design. With efficiency and environmental impact in mind, Thinking Works imagines and creates products that give interior design specialists the opportunity to be creative with workplace design.
“We will explore this further, be more curious, find more answers and continue to create better furniture that we all want to use,” says Kuch.
Thinking Works believes in continual growth, whether through developing new products or entering new markets. By this commitment, the designers are enabled to improve their skills and take on new challenges. This growth has lead Thinking Works to receive a host of international awards, and catapulted them to the global stage of commercial furniture design.
As they move forward, Thinking Works endeavors to take curiosity to new heights – finding solutions that allow them to create exceptional furniture designs that fits every user’s need.
